Since it's a new year, I decided I would post something on here that I've never posted before. I know you are all waiting with bated breath! It's a RECIPE! I've never posted one before and I thought it might be fun. This is an old recipe that I've made a million times. It's so good and easy! It freezes great and we always have leftovers. This soup is also great the next day! I love stuffed peppers, but with three year olds, it isn't too easy to eat a giant pepper! So this is sort of an "Unstuffed Pepper Soup." I think this recipe is something I modified from Taste of Home, but I honestly cannot remember. I hope you will try it (and like it, of course!). Let me know if you do!

And here are the simple directions:
1. Brown the hamburger, onions, and green pepper and drain. Set aside.
2. Mix can of tomato soup and one can full of beef stock.
3. Add drained hamburger mixture to the tomato soup mixture.
4. Add cooked rice to mixture.
5. Heat on low until desired consistency is reached! So good!
